MAMA
Inspired by our mom friends,
for moms who need friends.
We were told there would be a village…
A mother caring for herself is the prerequisite to caring for her child.
Modern motherhood is plagued by the "postpartum cliff." During pregnancy, medical attention is intense for women, yet the moment the baby is born, the focus entirely shifts to the infant.
This can leave the new mom physically depleted, emotionally vulnerable, and often feeling isolated.
In a city like Atlanta, pre-natal and post-natal support is expensive and can feel like a luxury, often turning the new mom away from in-person social and physical health support. Despite the growing amount of digital information available on motherhood, real-life connections can be hard to find.
We’re here to change that. Whether you have a village, are looking for one, or just a big fan of motherhood in general, WELCOME! You can totally sit with us.

Are you a mom that makes cool sh*t?! You’re in the right place!
